Cirque Kitchen and Spirits

We had a fantastic meal. The Brussels sprouts were the best ever (and I love Brussels sprouts). The butternut squash fritters with blueberry compote were lovely, and that was just to start.nnThe entrees were short ribs and chicken and dumplings, both excellent. I can hardly wait to get another meal from here.

So I carefully walked my stack of food all the way home...right out front of my house the top To go container fell off. I walked all the way back and showed them the deconstructed sandwich on the concrete, they made me another one on the spot. Solid crew of one right there.

The chicharrón was unbelievable. We couldn't stop eating them. Converted my vegetarian girlfriend to pork.

We ordered the loaded tater tots and I was not disappointed. They were seasoned well and crispy on the outside. We also added steak and again cooked great and seasoned perfectly. My only criticism would be a bit more cheese on the tots. Overall would absolutely order again!
