Awful customer service. Refused to allow an online purchase to be picked up by someone other than purchaser. My father, who lives in the mountains, bought a trailer and asked if he could have me pick it up to save him 80+ miles round trip and was told that it was against their policy. They said if he had checked a box for third party pickup when he made the purchase it would have been possible but since he didn't, it was now impossible to edit his order. My family will never shop here again. This type of customer service, or lack thereof, is the reason this company is going out of business.

Not a fan of Kmart to begin with. But on rare occasions you can find a good deal. But if you have a few hours to spend in line waiting to check out, then this is the place to go. They never have enough cashiers to handle the amount of business. The cashiers they do have helping are never in a rush and want to spend more time talking about their life than checking people out. It would have to be the deal of a lifetime to get me back into that store

I usually shop the pharmacy. Great employees. Excellent customer service. They just changed their hours in the pharmacy. Not too pleased about that. But the employees and their competency, make me forget that. The store itself, would get about three stars. Due to the prices. And the checkout lanes. But the shop your way reward points, make up for the prices. And I get that they can't schedule more checkers, for a few hours of business. And they rest of the time they are dead.

Sad To See Kmart Getting Closed Down Been Going To Forever The Workers Are The Sweetest People I Have Ever Met They Are The Reason I Shopped At Kmart All The Time They Treated You Like Family I Hope All The Best For The Employees . The Atmosphere Was Peaceful And The Points And Layway Were A Bonus Just Really Sad That They Will Be No Longer There ☹ufe0f

The leader in clothing styles that fit. The first store with Dickies slim fit work pants. Bucking the one tent fits all trend of other stores. I found Adam Levine clothes there two years ago. Only available online now because they were too early with real fashion craftsmanship at an affordable price.
