This place is AMAZING! My daughter LOVES her instructor Theresa and tells everyone how she is now a swimming princess because of the amazing time she has with Theresa in the pool. I've watched her go from not being able to swim at all to being able to jump into the water, turn herself around and float on her back. I can't give Theresa enough priase here, she is simply the BEST.

The best swim school available! My sweet daughter was having the toughest time getting comfortable with the water and Olivia has absolutely transformed her! Seriously. Remarkable. In 6 weeks she went from scared to rock star. Couldn't be more proud of her courage and couldn't be more happy with this school!

First, the instructors and front office staff are great. They try their best in the disorganized environment created by the owner, Kathy. The owner is extremely rude and will lie to the customers face and did so on multiple occasions to my family, including today. Our child was double booked multiple times, so we had to wait or leave altogether and reschedule. The coach was the only reason we stayed at swim otters and she was fired for no reason, WHILE SHE WAS PREGNANT. The owner and only the owner is to blame for this establishments short comings. Honestly, stay away! There are other companies who will do just as good a job. Read Kathy's responses to the other reviews, which all mention her appalling behavior - this is how she acts to her customers and her employees.

We have enjoyed our experience with lessons at Swim Otters! Mr. Cameron is a wonderful teacher and he does well with children of all ages! My daughter is older and we didn’t start her with swim lessons until she was comfortable with water. She absolutely loves taking lessons from Mr. Cameron and I am extremely pleased with the progress my daughter has shown within a short time period. Private swim lessons are so much better than group lessons and I can say that lessons are well worth the money with Swim Otters.
