I started coming to Storage Mart as a customer for supplies. I actually had a storage at another facility. Steven in the office was always so kind and helpful that when my renewal came up I transferred to Storage Mart. It was a good move. I like the way they always keep the grounds so clean and always have a plethora of supplies. More then once when I have been in my storage if the guys in the office are passing by they have called out to me by name and asked if I need anything. Two weeks ago Ingot a call telling me I shut my unit but did not lock it. At my last storage I did that a few times and never got a call.
Steve and Jacob were very helpful in getting a unit. It was last minute and they were available to chat about my options and were friendly and welcoming. It was a great experience! Thank you ud83dude4f
