Don't rent here! This has to be one of the worst storages to deal with. In the time I have been there they have continued to raise the rent. The last rent increase was $30 which represented what I believe to be close to a 15% to 20% rent increase with no notice. The front office manager is incredibly rude and absolutely unhelpful. They raise the rent with no written notice and then try to collect back rent on the rent increase. Don't rent here. There are MUCH better options in the valley.
The worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The front desk lady is like talking to a wall. A deception as a human being!
They kept billing me 6 months after I moved out, now trying to bill 1700$ for an empty and unused unit. Avoid these people like the plague.
This place is horrible. Don't rent here they rip you off. They would rather cheat you and send to collections than provide good service and keep you as a customer. Dealing with these people made me so mad I had to walk away. Don't do it!!
Horrible service. The manager acted like I was lucky to rent there, and would be quiet while they raised the rent and overvalued me. You people suckand I am telling everyone to avoid you. People like you don't deserve to own a business. Isolation is only reason they are in business. Bunch of jerks
