Probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. Some dishes were decent, but the seafood was undercooked. Salsa literally tasted like BBQ sauce. The service was absolutely terrible. Nothing came at the same time and took a ridiculous amount of time to come out. When we explained to the waitress the food didn’t taste right she walked away. She refused to talk to us the rest of the night and had another waitress come to our table. The new waitress was much better and took one of the dishes off the bill. Will never visit again, used to be great but we’ll never be back.
Great food and costumer care and authentic Mexican food
Our waitress was not helpful at all. Service was very slow and we were charged more more than 20% tip (waitress wrote the tip amount by pen in our receipt). We were told that it’s their policy to charge such ridiculous amount because we were 6 people. However 2 people did not even order any food at all. Horrible service and horrible place. Waitress were chatting with friends instead of serving costumers. I will definitely not come back ud83dudc4e
Was lucky to find El Pollo Rico a few doors down from CV Phone Repair Service. Fantastic grilled chicken deal for lunch. Really wonderful food and pleasant staff.
Extremely delicious salsa! The tamales are very good and not skimpy! Their green chile is wonderful! And I love their beans!nService is friendly. Place is packed by locals at lunch time. Highly recommend it!
