Amazing gym! One of the best in the valley! Very clean and disinfected regularly by staff, on point when following covid state protocols, like new equipment, very very friendly staff! Could not be happier.

I've been working with Amada Wagner post knee replacement surgery. I am so please with the results of my workouts and training from Amanda. I skied yesterday for the first time since my surgery and had zero pain and legs were strong enough to ski with zero pain to my legs. Thank you Amanda! I couldn't have asked for more.

I love this gym! The positive inspirational quotes at the top of the stairs and around the gym area are the first thing that you see ! They really start your day off in the right direction! The classes and instructors are wonderful! Very clean and well managed gym! I was referred by a friend and now I have been passing on the word ! This gym is great! I look forward to heading to the gym to work out and feel good! The online app is easy to use and decent prices for such a great gym! Thank you!
