Attending class with Paul has changed my life. No matter the mood I'm in when I arrive, I leave feeling lighter, happier and exhausted. It's been a few years now and I still look forward to each and every class. Some students are focused on technique, others want conditioning. Paul has created a supportive, fun, and empowering space for each participant to explore their own dynamic with the bag. I cannot speak highly enough about this program!
Great boxing coach and gym.
Great boxing class for a beginner. Took my first boxing class from Paul Shaffer. He was great and showed me the basics then had me doing combos by then end of the class. I will be back next time I’m in town. Thanks Paul and All Valley Boxing.
