Pretty much love it because it's not as busy as other gyms. Enough equipment to get you through your trainings, sometimes I dislike there is only one squat rack but I can understand there is not enough space, and you always can wait until it's free again. Remember about gym etiquette and you'll be fine. I love my little town gym. Keep up the good work.

They’re refusing to work with me to cancel my membership ever since COVID-19 but of course they charged even though no one could enter their establishment. There was no communication. They barely return emails, they do not return phone calls. Do NOT get into a membership here, they’re very unprofessional, do not care about their members only about getting their money.

Would keep charging during Covid closure. I got charged twice for month of may. Do not return phone calls or anything. Havent recieved any of my overpayment money back. The claim mone in bank is near $0 and do not qualify for paycheck protection because of tax problems. Seems like they only care bout the $. Now all of a sudden a “new” person took over but your they will take your hard earned money to fix there bad money management.

Had a membership at the Basalt location and they closed the gym 4 days after I paid for it!! I was promised a refund for $150 and nothing over 6 weeks later!! I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company in ope's of getting my money back!! Don't trust these jerks with your money! They are shady as hell...

Didnt even have my weekly trial for the whole week instead I got charged on my 5th day of in the system. So then I go to cancel it and called the higher authority and got it all figured out they said.. Then comes this next month and I get charged again?!? Wont get my business ever again...
