El Tapatio

As we're passing through this restaurant was recommended by the hotel . It was fairly busy but the hostess said to leave my number she would call me in 5 minutes. We sat on the bench and other couples came in and got seated. We were never called. I will never eat at this restaurant chain on account of this.

The food was very good. I enjoyed it and will definitely be going again sometime.

I came to eat here a week ago on the Saturday the 30th and boy can I tell you how frustrated I am with the overall experience. To go in order, when me and my husband first walked in two of what clearly were the employees, the one who served the chips n salsa she had a ponytail leading into a braid, and what seemed to be the manager with the rooster chain, were not wearing their masks correctly as I could see the top half of their lip. On the door, there was a sign and it shows that even customers and employees by state requirement are required to wear masks as it is mandatory. They clearly were not following guidelines and it was disgusting to be served in this manner. Secondly, when both my husband and I were ready to order, we signalized our waiter to come over and take our order, but almost 30 minutes passed and still no waiter had come to note down our order. The lady finally came, she had short all dark brown hair and okayish tall. I think that she goes by eryka? Because they said that name to her and she immediately responded. She quickly jotted down our order but we were not finished ordering all we wanted as she swept away and left us in blank. Not to mention that the prices are way overpriced and almost every time we went to eat here, they kept on getting raised and raised. Talk about this pandemic we all are going through- some of us lost our jobs and cannot afford to pay much but still manage to try and cope with small businesses, but how can we keep supporting when the prices keep on getting raised week by week. This was just some of the major highlights that occurred in the time being of me and my husband coming to eat at this place. Awful and never again spending a dime.

Normally 5 stars but last time I went they didn't care about my party at all

Ordered the chicken mole , omg was so good . Reminded me of the Mexican food in texas chips and salsa were great as well cabbage Pico was good too! Totally recommended for good food .
