The good part of this Storage facility is that my possession were secured, my provided locks.nThe bad part is their conex containers leak. Two bedroom sets, two dinning room sets ruined. Clothing possible ruined. Everything in the 40 ft container is gonna have to be replaced, repaired, laundered, or discarded.nCalled the office while we were unloading the container to report the damage. Totally indifferent to the fact that the grounds keep took pictures of standing water inside.
If I could do 0 stars I would. My unit was broke into and a lot of my stuff was stolen. Their answer: Someone must have known what was in there. When I asked did you see anything on the cameras? Their answer: What do you expect us to see and you can't expect us to have cameras in every isle, that would be expensive!!! Well the $ you collect from people to secure their belongings makes you tons of money. The lady was absolutely rude and could care less about it!!! DON'T GO THERE IF YOU WANT ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 0 STARS Weird can't see anything on cameras, which means it was someone with a code to get in or someone that worked there.
This storage facility has the nicest office staff. Friendly and professional.

June 15, 2019. If I could give Enterprise Storage in Pueblo West zero stars I would - that’s what they deserve. Do not entrust your storage needs to this cruel, and uncaring facility with a hatred of their customers. I had to call the police on them, they threatened to leave me my husband and dogs locked inside and they would have done it had we not contacted 911 immediately to inform them of what they were doing to us, we couldn’t get out, and they gleefully informed me that that was too bad. I couldn’t believe they absolutely had no concern for my safety or my family. They care ZERO about their paying customers, they are mean spirited and only care about what they can get out of you. It’s an old facility with matching owners. BEWARE.
