Had to do a fairly large business transaction that needed to happen immediately, so I went into this branch to take care of it. I was told that I had to make an appointment with a banker, and that they were fully booked today. So I asked for a different solution and was told they could check to see if a city 45 minutes away had any availability. When I asked if I could do this with a banker over the phone, I was not given an answer.nnWhile I understand the limited availability of in-person banking, please do provide solutions to long-standing business and personal banking clients that actually serve them in the best way possible. Don't just tell them no and send them to a branch in a different city. I left and was able to take care of business over the phone.
CLOSED. Probably due to Covid. Google says it's open. It is not.
Called to the bank at 4 50 telling them I just need it a couple of checks and I was on the highway and the maps said 13 min to get there, they told me they could wait for me 3 min and after speeding my way there, a bunch of kids with ties told me that they couldn’t open the doors and there were still customers inside and opening that door to let them out. I mean I know they have their schedule but they should have told me not by the phone, I am switching to a different bank tomorrow.

Talked to a representative over my account and she got mad for information i was asking for. Then continued to thank me and hang up on me. Very disrespectful
