I have been going to H&R block since 2016, the tax preps are very professional and customer oriented. They always make sure me and my family are getting the best of our taxes and help us with whatever we need concerning our taxes. We definitely will be coming back next year and the following years.

Dropped off our taxes in March and they weren’t done until July... they won’t pay the late fee. The district manager laughed and said absolutely not. Good thing they have that “guarantee” haha it clearly isn’t a guarantee.. please do not give me a fake response of being happy to help- I’ve been on hold on the phone with your “support team” for 40 minutes. And Reggie made sure I understood that he was not around to help.

Working with Jody Kirby is wonderful and she is very helpful!! Carol, who also is in the office, has also been very helpful as well, she helped out one of our daughters on the phone and in person!
