Working with Leigha is such a wonderful experience! She is both kind and knowledgeable. I'm not terribly coordinated but Leigha was SO patient with me. She never got frustrated or impatient -- quite the opposite! She was encouraging and gentle, which is exactly what I needed to feel like I was getting the most out of my session. I just can't wait to see her again!
Leigha is deeply grounded in the Ashtanga tradition and deeply knowledgeable about the body. She has been invaluable at helping me maintain an Ashtanga practice as an older yogi. She respects her students and has a great sense of humor.
