It's a awesome environment to workout in and everyone their is so supportive of each other!
Love this place! I came in knowing absolutely nothing and the trainers and fellow crossfiters are super helpful and encouraging. If you are even a tad bit curious, try it, you get a free week. What is there to lose except for some fear!
I've dropped in at many CF gyms and this was definitely one of the more welcoming :) Great coaching, awesome athletes, 10/10 recommend!
Reasonable price and great coaching
