The first electrician very clearly had no idea what he was doing. I wanted a fixture hung with required entering my attic and an outdoor outlet that stopped working some time ago fixed First, no one called me to let me know they were coming which is just poor customer service from the start. Second the clueless electrician spent the first hour (their minimum billing time) wondering all over my home checking every outlet trying to find some mysterious GFI that just had to be the issue. Eventually he leaves (to pick up another electrician who knows what he is doing to some extent as well as a suitable ladder). The other electrician fixes the outlet and they poorly hang the fixture before being asked to leave after another hour as to not a waste anymore time or money. $160 for one hour of actual work.nnEditing to add they didn’t even hang the fixture properly because they didn’t go into the attic. Now this has been a complete waste of time and money. Bad business!nNever ever again will I do business with this company and recommend others not to as well.

Appreciated rapid quote- after having the service quoted, I was charged over phone before work was done. *I was a little distracted, but most places charge after work, not before...(Spoiler, work never got done.) Then they did not show up on scheduled day. Claimed that they did, but I have tenants that are very reliable and claimed to be home all day on day in question. Not only did they not do the work, but they never followed up with me again. I had to track down the email receipt to follow up. If no one was there, why didn't I get an email asking to reschedule? I emailed asking for a reschedule on Nov. 26, still have not had a response. (It's currently Dec 3.)
