The lady who helped me was very nice so I feel bad leaving this review but I feel like people need to know how risky it is to go here. I generally file my own taxes but in 2020 I had a few things come up that made me anticipate complications. I felt like I had to walk her through how to do it, for example she would get an error and say she didn't know why so I would have to tell her where to click to get the information. She said i needed birth certificates and social security cards to proof my dependants were my children, but anyone can be a dependant even if they aren't your children. She told me I couldn't claim my adult child on my taxes even though he did not work and I provided all of his financial support. I know I don't get EIC for him but he is still a dependent. She also told me that HSA contributions count as income and get taxed, her supervisor also said this multiple times. I just filed my own again this year. Please use caution if you are going to go here.
