I have a deep and profound respect for this department. Each and every time I've either been approached by a Custer County Deputy or struck up a conversation with any of them, I have left pleased.nnI'm convinced this department is rich in cerebral assets and strong of heart. Of course my situational awareness is tight at any given moment, but I feel more of a sense of comfort in Custer County than most places in Colorado. This is due, in no small part, to the dedication of these officers and the staff.

I'm from Texas and I personally have very High regards and Respect for the Sheriff, Shannon.nWe need more Men of his Caliber defending the 2nd. Amendment and Constitutional Law of the Land.

Deputy Koury is an asset to the sheriffs office, he has done a very good job every step of the way. I want to publicly thank him for all he has done and the compassion he has shown during our situation. Custer county needs more deputies like him. Thanks for all your help and keep up the good work, Sir!
