Best massage/yoga in town! Staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and welcoming! The atmosphere is happy and soothing. I highly recommend making an appointment for a massage and joining a class!
Warm and welcoming upon arrival for my much needed massage appointment. The reception area, rooms and bathroom are all super clean and thoroughly sanitized. I appreciate all the extra effort the owners and staff go through to provide their services professionally.
I would highly recommend PMAB. Their location is fabulous and can accommodate a variety of needs. They really focus on whole body health and wellness. Lauren and Jen’s passion and vision really shine through.nnI had the most amazing 90 min massage with Amy. She is very skilled and helped me tremendously. The whole experience was wonderful! I look forward to visiting again.
They are taking COVID 19 precautions seriously and they let you know the bed has already been cleaned, but will offer to spray it down before putting on sheets and blankets. My masseuse was Jennifer. She was friendly, professional and gives one heck of a massage. She asked questions to find out problem areas, amount of pressure and several others to make sure you have a great experience. She worked out my kinks using the type of pressure I requested. I would recommend this business to anyone.
Excellent massage. I’ve had a lot of massages from a lot of massage therapists over the years, and this was one of the best ever. We were in Pagosa for vacation so sadly won’t be back any time soon. If I lived anywhere close, I’d book a weekly or monthly massage for sure. Absolutely worth it.
