Always a great little uphill hike with a spectacular view! Dog friendly, people friendly and not too long at right around 4 miles round trip. Views in all directions but the views north over Shasta Lake dam to Mt Shasta and west looking down on the Sacramento River and out toward whiskey town are beautiful. My Shasta was clothed in clouds this day.
Good hike! 5.5 miles round trip. It has a pretty great view of Mt. Shasta and Shast Dam. The top doesn't have a lot of room to sit or be in general but there is a picnic table underneath a tree that sometimes provides shade. Overall pretty good!

Great local hike that have beautiful views of the Three Shasta’s, Sacramento River and Lassen Peak all in the distance.
Great hike with great views. Heavy use even midweek. Little respect for social distancing or mask wareing.
