This is a $65 motel charging $160+. It's a very outdated facility with a run down parking lot. No elevator. The room was reasonably clean, but that's like minimum expectations for a hotel. No major complaints other than the price creating unmet expectations. I've stayed at infinitely nicer hotels for a fraction of the price. I'll stay elsewhere should I return to the area.

Horrible service horrible rooms trash! The door to the room was damaged upon entry, the water pressure was lacking! When we complained about the door being broken. We were charged $200 for the damage! This place is a scam! Apparently they do not have have manager on site that cam handle issues as they occur so they put you off hoping you will not call back! The front desk lady smells and doesn't look like she has showered in weeks! We should have known then we were going to have issues! I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel! Sleep in your car it will be better!! I WOULDNT EVEN RATE IT A 1!!!! TRASH ABSOLUTE TRASH!

1 star because I can’t give zeros. Check in time is 2:30 and we tried to check in at 3:30, was told to wait for 15 minutes, and the front desk worker (middle aged lady with white hair) was very rude about the whole situation. Reasoned that the “blankets were not ready” and that it was “for our safety” when the room was actually ready when another worker came by to help. Would have totally understood if the lady’s attitude was not so rude. 1/10 Customer Service.

I usually stay at the quality inn because it's inexpensive, they have a little bar, they used to give you a full breakfast with omelets in 2018 but it seems they stopped that in 2019. I have never gotten bed bugs there. My big complaint is the maintenance of the place. Everything is broken. The towel rack is broken, the sink faucet is loose. The hangar rack on the wall was put up crooked. The ceiling fans are broken and they just remove the blades because that saves them the expensive putting of putting a new fixture in. The place is run on a shoestring I'm guessing they're on the verge of bankruptcy, but if you are just looking for a cheap place to stay when you go skiing they are fine.

Poor, poor complimentary breakfast....false room advertisement about a breakfast buffet ....slow response to a 20 minute disturbance across the hallway....uncomfortable pillows causing 3 sleepness nights...a hole in the bathroom ceiling above the shower.....price high for quality of low maintenance facility.nnGOOD? Housekeeping, location & check in!
