Do yourself a favor and RUN DONT WALK AWAY from this bunch of fraud artists ....at the end of may 2019 sent them an email letting them know, Id be bringing my receipts down, got a return email from Shelly Telling me Joann has sold the business to her partner Gina (without notifying any clients) then she tells me the assistant handling our account QUITE and Left the firm(never told the client) then LIED to our faces telling us No One was available (then continued to walk in the back to whisper with someone VERY childish) and that they've filed an Extension because they had not filed out taxes??!! EXACTLY WHAT WE HIRED THEM FOR after sitting on the phone for 3.5 hrs IRS FINALLY removed all charges late fees ... AND because we're a 1st year company in Colorado They were cancelling our corporation due to neglect as a direct result of failing to file and This frim LIED about filing the extension. Joann is a great lady and I wish her well in her retirement... STAY AWAY from the rest of what is obviously a COMPLETELY incompetent staff. Due to the Staffs negligence this Company is now under investigation by the IRS for FRAUD. As well as the State of Colorado licensing ethics board.
