The area surrounding the RV park was beautiful! The owners/operators where amazing! I really don’t have the words to express how friendly, understanding and helpful they were to a couple who were ill prepared and first time renters of an RV. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I can’t express my gratitude enough.nnWord to the wise, your GPS may give you wrong directions to the park.

Great people, great place! Clean, organized, beautiful and friendly. Deer that live there are fun to watch. Walk to the water and fish. Lots of space to play and run around or store other vehicle with permission. Nice little shopping amenities and movies and books. Cell service is sketchy but great by the office w its wifi. Propane refills right there. Firnished rental units available in the park as well. Dave is handy and very versed on RV repairs and general camper knowledge and hacks. This place has a lot to offer. Great for families or couples. Carol and Dave took us in and treated us like family - even shared an amazing Thanksgiving dinner! Met a lot of great friends - would recommend this place to anyone!

Love this place. Accommodating, very friendly, most beautiful place on the Trinity River in the mountains. Well kept and very clean . Been coming here for 20 years...LOTS to see and do or do nothing.come visit
