The ATM took my money and would not deposit it into my account due to an error and I called and was told it would be deposited by 10 a.m. the next day and it has now been over 48 hours that they have held it and I hav had to make 4 different calls and fill out a complaint about it and was told I have to wait up to 45 more days before I can access ANY of my money. The bank called and said the money was recovered from the ATM but they can not give it back to me. I was told it was all real bills and that they have the money on hand but can not deposit it into my account or return my money back to me.... I am closing my account and moving to a different bank. Tri Counties Bank is by far the WORST bank I have ever worked with.. so basically if you want sloppy banking and a out of date hole in the wall there the place to go.
