I cannot say enough good things about Studio K-fit. I’ve been a member for about 2 years and I’ve never not looked forward to coming. Workouts are highly effective and I find them really fun — there is often an element of competition (with others or with oneself) which fires up the athlete in me. :) The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging.nnIf it was just effective workouts that would be enough, but this gym offers way more. I love that I can walk into this place and I am known. The community is incredible - personable, supportive, positive. Weekly emails are inspiring and uplifting; the philosophy of this gym is centered on health for your whole being, not just physical. They run nutrition challenges periodically, and are often promoting ways to give back to the community, raising money or collecting donations for various causes. Clean. Nice equipment. I am not a good evaluator of fitness centers as I have only been to a few in my life.

This is a great place for quality workouts that are efficient and safe. The coaches and patrons are doing an excellent job adapting to the covid situation so we’re able to stay healthy in all respects. Suitable for all fitness levels.

The friendly neighborhood gym that has all the equipment you need! Trainers are friendly and non intrusive too!
