Tom and Julian, his main electrician, were very professional and responsive. Above all, Julian's high level of competence inspires confidence that he can tackle just about any household electric task required. I appreciated Tom's practical, and direct approach to what we needed done. His years of experience in this industry are invaluable, and we would certainly work with him and Julian moving forward. Lastly, Julian has a high level of attention to detail and care. Something we really value when we have workers in the home. Would highly recommend this business.

We've had Tom look into a few problems for us, and in both cases, we found him and Julien to be very responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure they do the right thing for our situation.nnMost recently, Tom and Julien helped us figure out the best way to pull in more power for a new AC unit. They helped us estimate various options (ranging from upgrading out panel, to shuffling around a few things on our existing panel), and came back to check on things after the AC unit was installed, just to make sure things were working properly. It is clear that they take pride in their work, which is of great quality. We'd be happy to call them again if we need electrical work done.

We had an after-hours electrical emergency in our rental house which disabled the heating system. We called Tom and before coming out, he suggested we FaceTime and show him the problem. He was able to help us out via FaceTime within minutes! Never had such great and friendly service before! Definitely recommend Tom and his business. Super friendly and effective. Our house is heating!

Tom just called me back after I texted him and gave me some great advice that fixed my problem. I have worked with Tom multiple times over the years and his work has been flawless and it has been a pleasure working with him.

Tom came out right away, early Saturday morning, when other 24/7 would not even answer the ph yet. He was upfront about the cost of his service, including saturday premium, & tried to help me over the ph. He arrived within 30 mins, got it fixed within 10 min & was on his way. My kitchen outlets wouldnt respond to re-setting at the breaker box. He spotted the issue & fixed it immediately & told me what to look for next tine.
