Once I was ready to get the project started, the crew was able to come out a few days later. They knocked it out quickly and with great quality.nnI had some in-ceiling speakers installed which was pretty involved since speaker wire had to be pulled through a number of obstacles in the ceiling and wall. They got it all patched up and looking like they were never there.nnThey also hid other speaker and TV cables with high precision. I was notably impressed by how they did my Left/Right wall-mounted speaker cables. They took the time to precisely locate the holes they needed to cut so it would (1) be totally hidden and (2) exactly line up with the speaker terminal, which is a small target. It may sound trivial, but it actually would have been rather involved to get that right.nnIn addition to the A/V work, we had them add some recess lights which look fantastic. The foreman was able to help us decide where to locate the lights and we super happy happy with where they are now.nnWith all this work, it was still cheaper than going directly with the A/V installers I quoted initially for just the speaker and speaker wire install.nnI would 100% hire Rodi Construction again. They were friendly, clean, and efficient.

Rodi Construction did a compete remodel on my elderly mom's bathroom. Living 3000 miles from my mom makes it impossible to be there to help her on a day to day basis. Rodi Construction came highly recommended but being so far away left me a little nervous. I can't even find the words to tell you how they did everything as promised and more! There were no bad surprises, the project was completed in a timely manner and very important suggestions were made for the safety of my mom! We asked, they delivered AND MORE! My mom is thrilled and the bathroom is gorgeous! I have nothing negative to say! PERFECT!

One of the great things about living in the Bay Area is the opportunity to find contractors like Mario and his crew. I found Mario maybe about 5 years ago via Yelp!, and called them for a bathroom project at my place in San Francisco (new paint, replacing fixtures, new medicine cabinet, etc.). They did a great job, the quality of the work was better than I anticipated (in a word, it was beautiful), and Mario and his team were more professional and responsive than I expected.nnThat was a small project. Last year, Mario completely remodeled the bathroom at our place in Burlingame (ripped out everything down to the studs, replaced sheetrock, replaced electrical, design for everything including shower, subway tiling in the shower). Once again, Mario and his crew did a great job, on time and within budget, he was extremely responsive, and the work is beautiful. We're really happy with the result, and our friends all ask for Mario's name and contact information.nnBecause of the high quality of his work and his professionalism, we plan on using Mario to remodel other parts of our house. In fact, this year he installed a new oven and hood for our kitchen (we did not previously have a hood, and we're in drastic need).nnI think a lot of people are reluctant to hire a contractor because they don't know who they can trust. I trust Mario, I would recommend Rodi Construction to anyone with a construction project, and look forward to using them again.
