I was getting a new Heat Pump Water Heater and worked with EJ Plumbing that recommended Bayshore Electric to upgrade my electrical panel and run a string to where the water heater was to be installed.nBayshore was very easy to work with from the very beginning. They have done a lot of similar upgrades for the Heat Pump Water Heater program and they have also installed numerous electric car charge points.nCommunication with Bayshore was very easy by text, phone, and email. They also used the Home Pro app.nMy quote was spot on and I only had one last minute change and they came out to install the Sense monitor the next day. I should have mentioned it earlier so that they would have quoted with the entire job but I was not aware I needed it.nOn the install day, the work went very quickly and the garage was left cleaner then when they started.nWhen it comes time to get a car charger, I am going to have to upgrade my main panel to 200A and I will definitely call Bayshore.

Bayshore Electric was able to send out a technician right away even though it was after hours for a reasonable price. John was very knowledgeable and did more than he needed to. I couldn’t be more pleased with all the work he did. I highly recommend Bayshore Electric.

John and his guys have been great each time we have needed them. He is very personable and fair, and he explains each line item. He can be available on short notice, and he is willing to work on Saturdays. We will use him whenever we need an electrician.

I highly recommend this company. They are responsive, fair, and provide quality work. They recommended an approach that was better than what we had considered. When we noted that they had forgotten to complete a small item, they were willing to return immediately and fix the item. Good service, good customer service skills and very nice to work with.

5 star experience with bayshore electric from start to finish. They were prompt to respond to emails and to set up the appointment. The communication of costs were clearly explained. John was very nice and professional. He seemed very comfortable with installing our EV charger and was thoughtful in how he did it. Thank you!
