Moonlight Beach offers a lot.nI enjoy sitting and enjoying the views from the cliff areas and walking the beach, I recommend wearing shoes as there are a lot of stones along your walk. There is also plenty of parking, a nice sandy portion of the beach, a great children's area, clean bathrooms and a concession bldg. I always enjoy my visit to this beach.

There's a lot more to this State Beach Park than you might think. Of course, there's a beautiful beach and the magnificent Pacific Ocean. They is also a lifeguard station, restrooms, concessions a playground area and even palapa umbrellas to make you feel you're on a tropical vacation. Aloha

Beautiful, narrow sands flanked by short cliffs and the endless aquamarine tide. Good place to balance stones... and then knock them down. Such is the ebb and flow of nature.

Beautiful location. Nice bathrooms, family bathrooms, dressing area, clean, big park with playbset and grassy area to lay with tables for parties. Negatives, no parking lot. All street and hill parking you have to walk to, beach is down a slope covered in rocks so not good for sunbathing near water. Would benefit from some sort of drink or food machines if not a snack bar.

Moonlight Beach is truly one of thee most beautiful and extremely well maintained public beaches in all of California. Volleyball nets, fire rings and very clean restrooms are just a few of the amenities with top notch lifeguards always on duty. Very beautiful panoramic views of a large stretch of pristine golden state coastline.
