I'm a yoga newbie and this place is perfect! Lauren is so patient and helpful. However, experts will also love the workouts as they are very challenging. The Power Yoga class is my favorite for giving me that much-needed midday break!

Springfield is so fortunate to have this yoga studio. As a past yoga regular, I am super excited to have this available to get back on track. Yoga is so beneficial mentally and physically! Lauren is an amazing instructor and offers an abundance of class times to meet everyone's needs. If you are looking for a great yoga spot, this is your place!

I have been going to the Power Yoga class at 11:10 and have loved it. Lauren I a great teacher and the class is a great mix of stretching and conditioning. The atmosphere is always calm and professional. Love it!

This is a great place to do yoga, so happy to have this in Springfield. Lauren is a wonderful yoga instructor!! If you want a great yoga class, you must give her a try.
