So grateful I've found this beautiful, incredible little studio in an idyllic beachy location — not just for me, but for both of my aging parents! Alissa and Megan have been fantastic, ultra patient, and super positive trainers for my mom and dad, who are both complete Pilates beginners. I recently took Ania's class as well, and she KICKED my butt (and abs)! There's something for everyone, from beginners to those looking for a more advanced challenge.
I am so pleased to be working with Ania and Betsy at the Pilates studio in Del Mar. I've been taking one-on-one sessions for 3 months now and feel much stronger.
A wonderful little gem has opened in Del Mar. Whether you are a tried and true fan, or a novice, like me, you will be thrilled with this new pilates facility. Ania is an amazingly patient and talented teacher. She has made me a convert for sure. After only a few sessions, I am hooked. I know you will not be sorry if you give it a try.
Pilates of SD and Ania are a welcome addition to Del Mar. They offer excellent instruction in the fundamentals of Pilates which I really appreciate and a very careful and mindful teaching style-- in an enjoyable way! Its also a surprisingly good workout--especially core work.
Awash in light and peace, this studio is a beautiful space to further your Pilates and fitness goals! Ania and her team have done a superb job yet again!
