T3 is the place where I start my day nearly every day! The quality of the classes is great- and there is truly something for everyone from those new to fitness to the seasoned athlete. Everyone is encouraging, and we leave feeling better/stronger than we walked through the door. The gym is very well equipped and even has a locker room/shower for those skipping off to work. I’m in the best shape of my life, and T3 is definitely to blame!

T3 is the best training facility I have trained at.nThe trainers are always creating new workouts making it a rewarding experience every time. This studio is very organized and the people are friendly. They have helped me with my nutrition and physical fitness. I have achieved amazing results and am constantly improving my fitness levels. The trainers and the workout groups are Amazing!!! Definitely recommend you try it, I know you will Love it!!

Great gym! T3 has a complete collection of new, clean equipment. Also, Keith leads great classes if you’re looking for more direction. In just 45 minutes you get a full body workout. Everyone who attends the gym is extremely friendly and welcoming. T3 is a great addition to the Solana area.

If you’re thinking about whether to try T3 - just do it! It’s a better lifting workout than orange theory, and safer way to build muscle than CrossFit.nnI’ve been lifting individually or with personal trainers for 5years. I joined T3 about 6mo ago because I wanted inspiration and increased variety in my workouts - man did Keith deliver! Not only did I get a great mix of functional work, burst cardio, and classic weight lifting, but I got a phenomenal community to work out with.nnKeith builds well structured workouts that help you gain strength holistically. He integrates short burst cardio with TRX, CrossFit style movements, and weight lifting - all with meticulous guidance. He’s well read in exercise science and incorporates new movements into his workouts. When I had a cycling accident that left me with a concussion and pulled shoulder, Keith helped me continue exercising in a safe way and worked with me on increasing my range of movement as my body healed.nnTBH, I’m typically the quiet one at the gym; I come in, work hard, and head out. That all changed when I joined Keith’s T3 family. Immediately, Keith introduced me to everyone in any class I attended, and they were so friendly! I felt welcome and comfortable; instead of working out individually within a group environment, I was doing partner sets and feeling as supported as if I’d joined a team.
