Omar and the team here are great, but unfortunately since sunbelt has taken over I find it incredibly hard to deal with them and I am constantly being over charged and dealing with the accounting department. I am closing my account and moving on. BJ's was great, there is now a large void for a reasonable equipment company on the coast here.

I've been BJ's rental costumer close to 20years. But unfortunately since Sunbelt took over things went down hill and prices went uphill. Just like some other reviewers saying here, hard to deal with them now. Accounting, billing, constant over charging and have to beg them to email receipt/invoice over for my accounting needs. Better of just looking somewhere else. I apricate Omar and his team hard work and the yard guys I've known over a decade. Hopefully they can make it and good luck to them.

Prices have increased a ton since Sunbelt took over. I miss my BJ's!

Lots of stuff which is well maintained or at least thats my experience. Because we all know its counterproductive to when a rental place doesn't. The prices aren't bad either.
