We couldn't be happier with our experience with CertaPro Painters of North San Diego. We hired Dan and his amazing crew to paint the exterior of our house last week. We received great customer service through out every aspect of the job. Alex and Gino were very helpful in assisting us in selecting our colors and offered great advice. Alex and Ruben went above and beyond in repairing our stucco where needed and even offered to address a few unrelated issues such as fixing our bird netting in areas that are beyond our reach. They were friendly, courteous, and very professional. They did an outstanding job and our house looks better than brand-new. We've already recommended Dan to a friend who has made arrangements to have his crew paint her home as well. Thank you Dan, and CertaPro Painters for making our house look amazing!

Each member was very professional on explaining the paint they use, the process to get good coverage, and the timeline of work. I understood every day who would arrive at my house. We hired Dan with CertaPro painting to paint a 4000 sq ft commercial office space. I want to thank Dan and his crew for doing such an outstanding job. His crew was always on time, did what they said they were going to do and did it all in the time frame that was promised. The crew left the space neat and clean each day and left everything in perfect shape upon completion of the job. The supervisor, Ricardo, kept me updated with progress reports throughout the project and met with me for a final walk through upon completion to make sure that we were happy with the work that was done.. The cost for our exterior paint job was reasonable, and the crew was professional and friendly. They seemed to really care about the work, and take pride in it.

Certa Pro's professionalism, courtesy, customer service, quality of work and perfectionism was over the top and so clear every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a better company to come in and repaint our cabinets, stain corbels, paint walls and doors and just go with the flow of our changes and updates to the original work order. I knew when we first met from the specific questions they asked me, that this was no ordinary painting company. Their attention to detail was so apparent and we were very grateful for that. It was important to both my husband and I, not only to be on the same page with a company we hire, but to actually know our thoughts, likes and dislikes are heard. This was the first time that we had anyone come in to do this type of work for us. As we have always done our own upgrades ourselves; so, it was so satisfying and comfortable to know they were treating our home as if it were their own.
