I was staying with family and locked myself out of the house. So stressful! I wound up not needing to have them let me in, I was able to make contact with my hosts but Thorr definitely made my experience far less stressful than it could have been.nnRecommend these guys 100%!
Very quick service. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. They have a large assortment of keys and key-related products, padlocks, etc. Everyone was kind and respectful. Would go back.
The locksmith was over an hour late, didn't have all the tools necessary to complete the job, was unable to pick the lock on my 27 year old car, damaged the window surround trying to force a slim jim through, then told me I would have to reschedule for the next day when they could bring the correct tools. Not impressed with the service.nnRead between the lines on the review response, too- if they had brought the tools to take a lock impression the first time this would have been a non-issue. I declined to have a second technician come out the next day after seeing that the technician had damaged my vehicle.
One of the few places lefr willing to help fix things rather than replacing
I came here to get a duplicate key for my car (the dealership wanted approximately $7 billion for this). I called for an appointment and the young lady on the phone was personable and professional, so even from my first interaction with this business, I had a positive experience. Walking in to Busy Bees was like walking into a family gathering. Everyone was friendly, lots of jokes, but don’t be fooled; these guys are skilled professionals. It’s so refreshing to interact with a business that is focused on quality, honesty and exceptional customer service. I wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere for any type of locksmith service.
