During these times with the complex and convoluted laws and regulations, Wayne is the attorney to handle these issues. We had a fairly complex situation, gave notice right around when the AB 3088 came out and Wayne was able to guide me thru to a successful outcome faster than expected.nnHis expertise, knowledge and skill were top-notch as I deal with a lot of attorney's in my professional life. I retained Wayne to handle an unlawful detainer action (eviction). He did an excellent job and was responsive to my questions. Hopefully I won't need to evict a tenant again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Wayne.
