We have been using Trade Wind Chillers for years on our builds. This is our go to place to have chillers build and also serviced. Hal and his team have done a fantastic job manufacturing units that work without issues. If you are looking for a place with exceptional quality and the best customer service, Trade Wind is your place. We have dealt with and used chillers from other manufacturers in the past but these guys have established a reputation with us that we have no need to purchase chillers elsewhere. Great job you guys!! 5 stars well deserved!!!!

This company is just amazing. We have been receiving chillers for our Trout in the Classroom program that we have had in place for a decade. We transitioned to using Tradewind Chillers a couple of years into the program. We have only had a problem with one. That issue was easily taken care of with a conversation and fantastic warranty. The people (usually a nice man named Hal) are easy to reach, so very nice, and extremely helpful. After experiencing communication issues with company of the previous chillers we were working with, it has been great working with them.

Brought my 1/2hp chiller in for service walk out with a better 3/4hp chiller for the same price. Hal knows his stuff and he will take care off you.

This is the ONLY water chiller to use for HYDROPONICS. The sealed, insulated, drop in wand/coil gets so cold, ice forms on it. Cools my 100ga. reservoir in under one hour (with a circulating pump or bubbler blowing towards the aluminum wand to move ice crystals). Beats EcoAir and others HANDS DOWN, because the nutrient rich water (Salts) are NOT pumped into the internal machinery of the unit. Will post a video after the maintenance/service is done. WORTH every dollar. The owner HAL answers all calls and goes above and beyond in customer service...with absolutely no attitude.
