It was my first time there and the employee was helpful, patient, and cheerful to everyone there. My drink was made to my liking and quite delish! I'll be back.

This place is usually really good. I went in today to pick up a mobile order, I ordered a green tea with aloe vera and sea salt cream. The tea tasted watered down and they barely put any sea salt cream on top, I didn't even taste it. Just disappointing because they are generally pretty consistent. Almost $6 for a drink I did not enjoy, the sea salt cream upon mixing it was also clumpy, like it had been sitting for a while. I'm not sure if I will be back. I hate to write negative reviews for businesses especially at this time, but wanted to share my recent experience.

I went here quite late, a little more than an hour before closing. I ordered several drinks, all with no modification (regular ice and regular sweetness). However, one drink, peach tea, came out extremely sweet and the other, Hokkaido milktea, tasted as if zero sweetener was added.
