Starbucks Drive Thru

Today was a happy day soooo I invited my daughter a delicious coffee from Starbucks and the young guy who took our order. Was a happy person! Thank you ud83eudd17ud83eudd17ud83eudd17ud83eudd17ud83eudd17

For 2 weeks certain limited time items have been sold out and they're no signs warning customers that items are unavailable before the drive thru I seen other Starbucks putting written signs before driving up I wasted 3 lunches to get out of the drive thru. And a large majority of the hot drinks I ordered 7/10 are not even hot but warm.

Friendly staff. Orders are always correct. The drive thru always has a long line, especially post COVID. Think Chick-fil-A or In-n-Out long but only at the most obvious hours like early morning and lunch. Go at any other time and you're good. Smooth and quick service.

We ordered our drinks before a pool of people came into the store. The gave us half of our order after 10 minutes and then the other half of our order after another 10 minutes or so. I don’t understand why they have to split the order but I’m guessing that’s why the drive through is always packed

Drive through was super slow that's not the reason for this review. Ordered bagel they said they had it. Got to window said they didn't have it and gave a list of what they had ordered off that list and waited more about 5 min only to hear oh hahaha we don't have that either. No coffee had come out yet! So said just give me my coffee waited more then had to remind them to give us the refund for bagel ! To top it off coffee was warm not hot. Avoiding this store from now on.
