Place has cockroaches, the property manager will show up at your door and ask to come in without 24 hours notice, Hot water has been shut off several times without notice, laundry machines are always breaking down. The cabinets have gaps from the celling so it looks like the celling is warped. some repairs will be done but not fully finished (patch jobs without being repainted) Visitor parking is a joke. only 5 spaces for the complex of over 80 unites, and everyone uses it for their second cars. The managers have about 4 cars so you can see where the parking goes. Gates only work half the time. The street has been blocked off a few times because of police having to arrest someone. I do however love the 99 cent store and the Valley Max market that are around the corner.

This apartment complex is the epitome of whats wrong with CA. Rent is ridiculous for what your getting. Cockroaches, vehicles broken in to(management is too cheap to fix security gate but can afford to paint the buildings) On site laundry if you get the 1-2 machines that are not broken. You have a bunch of kids that are the property managers. Save the head ache and rent somewhere decent. This place is falling apart.

Terrible experience there, if you have a dog (service animal or not) i would not recommend renting here!n**story time**nMy wife and i were thinking about getting an apartment here a while back and i am very happy that i didn’t.. recently i was an a WAG! Walk, everything was going well. I got into the complex just fine and even talked to the security guard and told him why i was there and what i would be doing. He said that it would be okay as long as it wasn’t too long. After that everything went downhill. I walked past the managers office and the manager was telling me that i wasn’t allowed to have the dog on the premises. However, the dog was a registered emotional support animal, thus protected by federal law. Even after my wife and i clearly explained to her that, the manager sill was harassing us. Saying that i didn’t have and bags to pick up the dogs poop. (The bags were in my car that i was opening to get). Still saying that i wasn’t allowed to have the dog i walked away. I thought that was going to be end of it. I was wrong. On my second lap of the apartment, the manager was sitting right next to my car. Saying very rudely that i wasn’t allowed to park on the premises and told me that she had already called the tow truck on me. Luckily it was a short walk and i was able to leave before the tow truck got there.

Tried to get a hold of them for days, only to get a call back. Where the girl on the phone was trying to get me off the phone asap and said there was no opening.
