car wash ate a $10 bill. went inside to ask them to either refund or start the car wash, they refused. Said the owner will have to review the security footage before they can give me a refund. it has been 5 days since the incident and still no resolution. I called twice but was told the manager would review the next day. Im out $20 and the carwash was garbage.
This place is extremely unprofessional I wouldn't recommend going here. I went to this gas station tonight and had to wait roughly 12- 15 minutes before I was able to purchase gas due to the cashier's socializing while changing shifts . The shift change should have took 2-5 minutes MAX ! Its outrageous it took as long as it did and completely unacceptable . Ive read many of the the other complaints and it seems to me, the owner must not care about his business if he's letting his employees build up this disreputable reputation in the community. The owner obviously doesnt care how we the customers are treated ,and will continue to let his employees treat us like dirt any way they want without any repercussions . I will not go here anymore until this gas station starts respecting there customers and giving them the customer service they deserve . I urge you all to do the same that are reading this.
I spend $25 -$35 a day in gas plus coffee .no restrooms available till 7 am . I drive for lyft , i need restrooms so I'm off to find a new location for my gas and morning coffee.wont spent my money any where that doesn't offer what I need . Costumers service at times is not very good.

Horroble place. Manager Brenda accused myself and friends of stealing and after reviewing camera footage was proven wrong and didn't applogize. If there was a negative rating this place would get -ud83dudca9 -ud83dudca9 -ud83dudca9 -ud83dudca9 -ud83dudca9 not ⭐
