Once I entered to this bank I felt being welcomed there. The employees are very professional especially Mr. Lawrence C. from business account department. He explained me how does it work in American bank system as I am foreigner and tried to find the best solution for me what is really appreciated.
They just closed at 1:10pm with a line of people standing outside for social distancing. Lots of angry people outside your branch right now.
Second that my Visa card got stuck in a machine.
We've been banking there as a married couple since 2001. My mom also has an account with them. My mom wrote me a check to cash. I went in and waited for close to 35 minutes. They claimed they called my mom and there was no answer: Upon further investigation, some idiot input my mom's number incorrectly...scary, as Wells Fargo is in the number business.
