THIEF THIEF THIEFnWent in to get a pack of cigarettes and $10 cash back I had $19 on my debit card only to have it approve and have the cashier tell me it was declined I go on my app to check my balance balance is at zero cashier says final transaction hasn't taken place with an attitude I asked him let me see the receipt he says there is no receipt but I seen him take the receipt and throw it in the trash behind him then he told me to leave the store. CALLED CORPORATE FILED A CLAIM

Very disrespectful to customers I went in asking several times for the tape so I can tape down the lids on drinks because I rode a bicycle and I asked for my bag too which I paid for an older gentleman walked in for help as well when I was trying to get the end of the clear tape helping him with his directions because the cashiers walk away from him he seemed very upset walked out and I was very disappointed how this situation went down hill it’s very important to help customers even if you have extra hands if three people work at 7/11 they should pay more attention What’s around them and not ignore their customers asking for help and/or go around help others behind them in line...I’ve got 10 plus years experience in customer service this place was very disappointing to me... management or supervisors need to get it together please fix the situation instead of talking among their co-workers in a language i don’t understand..
