I went today 09/02/2020 at 7:53 am .nI got a coffe and i got my point app ready to pay and scan . The guy that charge me ask me do you want a bread for a dollar . I go no thanks . Just the coffe , and he repeat like 2 or 3 times . And i go no thanks. Then he just charge me and i told him you didnt scan my card for points. And he got the scaner and scan my card after the transaction and i told him come on men dont make me look like dump... he make me feel embarrased with the customer behind...nIf a customer says no thanks he should stop right there . Not forcing customer to purchase breads that i just dont want to eat...nI just ask my self how many more customers feels like me... i think is time to stop somewhere else to buy coffe.. thanks...

Clearly says 24/7 but apparently the employees choose when they wanna sell?

The best 7-Eleven in town. Neighborhood store. Clean and organized. Very customer friendly. One out of 1000 customer had issue means it might be customer fault. Keep up your good work team and forget about very few idiots as you can't make everyone happy.

The owner who works in the morning shift rips off people, he over charged me but didn't expect that I know basic math and I even went to the other 7-11 on Merrill and Sierra to get an accurate total with a receipt. The employees there where more than happy to help me, so I could go back and demand for a refund. The owner was difficult and refused me several times until I threatened to call the police which he said go ahead and I told him do you really want me to stand here for 40 minutes and tell each customer what you did to me and lose all that business because you won't give me a refund because you were wrong, so he gave me my refund back. He is racist to the American people and only hires his own kind! And works them like slaves. I recommend not to go here and go to the 711 on Merrill Sierra they are friendly kind and honest this 7-11 sucks
