McDonald's

Our order was wrong in all aspects. I asked for chicken nuggets with ranch and I got BBQ sauce....my brother asked for a happy meal and he just got a plain hamburger.....my mom asked for a chicken sandwich with pickles and it didn’t have pickles....wow. They literally just threw random things in our bag. The young guy that took our payment however was very friendly and cheerful.

Once a year I seem to crave Mcdonald's. I do like the modern feel of the new restaurants. I used to go here because it was economical. I bought a meal and it was more than $10.00. Today I went to the competition, the place that doesn't freeze anything and has a reputation for freshness and I ordered 4 cheeseburgers, 2 fries, and 2 patties for my dogs and it was just a few cents over $20.00. It seems to me their prices have really increased compared to other fast food joints.

Very busy but fast McDonald's. Their drive thru line was pretty long and the line area was not enough so I parked and placed my order and they got it out to me in less than 10 minutes. Service was good but food was a little over done and my vanilla iced coffee needed more flavoring.

The last time I visited this location was before the second shut down as it is close to my work of place LA fitness gym. Back then it was under different management. Yesterday I noticed the new management as I waited for someone to take my order.nThere was already three people ahead of me waiting for their order It took management like 6 minutes to come and help me I ordered a medium coffee with four packs of sugar for packs of cream and a sausage McMuffin with egg I forgot to mention that I wanted my cream and sugar outside so when I finally got my coffee it was already mixed inside I asked if I can have another cup of coffee because I don't like my cream and sugar inside and I forgot to mention it Management replied to me saying well you should have said something when you ordered it I said I forgot and you should have reminded me as well neatly to say I was not satisfied with the service and it took way too long for me on a break from work to order a cup of coffee thank you and bye-bye
