I have been coming here for about 10 years and it has always been a pleasant experience. Mr. Torres is very experienced and knowledgeable with the current tax laws. I would recommend Torres Income Tax to everybody.

Poor service, never answer my calls. Never reply to my voice mails. Office number becomes out of service. They work of a cell phone number. Can't be reached. Hardly at the office only 10-5, but the office lady takes time off & is a no show. Mr Torres only comes when there is a appt, and rare to set a date at times.nnAnd this is only to do my taxes and pay the over price of $300. I can't seem to even drop off the needed docs to finish my taxes.nnThat now I'm gonna have to find them to get my docs so I can go some where else.nnOver all bad service, as they only want to be at.work when it's convenient.nnBeware coming here. (Tax year 2016)
