Friendly and caring, well-informed and professional staff behind the counter. The owner is a high consciousness sort of person, and I notice that in the way the business is run. They definitely go the extra mile to make it work for their customers. I feel my business has a relationship with them; there's a beneficial give-and-take.

Platt Electric is the only professional and up to date, state of the art electrical componets, wires, tools, and/or fixtures that exists in Nevada County. They carry more items than Home Depot insofar as anything electrical. The vest part is that they cater to the Pros with licenses and to the everyday housewife or weekend warrior conquering his HoneyDo list, with no experience with knives and plugged in toasters. ud83dude0a The staff is extremely knowledgeable about Local, county, state, national and international standards and codes, they always ask you what you are working on and what your goal (s) are so they can make sure you are getting the correct items for your project. They are patient as God's with the 3 females in my household who try to do as much as possible ourselves before we have to hire a licensed electrician. The Guys at Platt have never steered us wrong and will take back anything we don't use, even after a year. Live those guys. They know more than our county Planning and inspection department experts. Thank the God's for them.
