Service was great done in a timely manner staff were friendly was in and out in about 15 mins price was good aswell really had no complaints they did an oil change on my 2014 Silverado and checked everything to adjusted my tire pressure so overall my experience with them was good and I'll be back.

I had the oil changed on my Subaru WRX at Crossroads Express Lube and had nothing but a good experience. Quick service and I wasn't oversold on any additional service items/ parts. Most of the time I take my car to the Dealer to eliminate risk of potential complications due to being unfamiliar with Subaru hardware, and without a Subaru dealer in Bowling Green, I was a little worried about finding a good spot to get the work done.nnThe guys who performed the work on my car quelled all of those fears very quickly. The main technician was excited to see the car in the shop, and we had a good discussion about affordable sporty cars, which always warms the car enthusiast in me. I was in and out of the shop in less than 45 minutes (with one other person in front of me, and only 1 bay open, mind you). It'd be nice if both bays were open at all times, but I understand the logistics of a small town probably don't make this a viable option.nnAll told, great work to the Crossroads team. Don't hesitate to bring your car in for an oil change if you're looking for a good value and quick turnaround!
