I ordered a replacement part from Brianna hawks in the parts department. She was very helpful. She even arrange to have the part shipped to us. We have dealt with Brianna in the past over other parts for our travel trailer and she’s always been courteous and kind. Always with prompt service. Thank you!

We had an issue with our slide on our Jayco 24B motorhome while we were on vacation in early August. When we arrived home we called Dunlap (BG) to see when we could get it in the shop to be repaired. We were able to get an appointment on the exact day we were hoping for thanks to Natosha. We unexpectedly had to cancel (due to health of a family member) and Natosha was able to get us in the following week, again on the day we preferred. We were driving from Louisville so she gave us the first appointment of the morning to see if they could fix it the same day or we'd have to leave our #BLTRoadie When we arrived Natosha introduced us to the tech who would be working on our unit. He seemed very knowledgable and explained what he thought it was and it would take about 5 hours. So, we headed out to kill 5 hours in our JEEP in Bowling Green. We returned after about 4 hours and they were just finishing up our repair. The tech ran through exactly what he did to repair our unit and I even recorded him telling my husband how to sync the slide.nnWe thought DUNLAP was amazing and gave us a great deal on our RV last fall and we think the service department is amazing too. Thanks for all you guys have done thus far and will do for us in the future. It is quite a jog from Louisville to Bowling Green, but it is worth it!!!

Excellent care of our RV when we were heading home from a camping trip and our brakes were giving us trouble. Danny, Luis, and Natasha were wonderful! Very kind and thorough in their service. Thank you so much! We greatly appreciate all that you did for us when we were experiencing trouble with our trailer brakes! Would definitely stop in again if needed and would definitely recommend their service department to others!
