I tripped a breaker at my house and couldn’t get the power back on due to a poor connection elsewhere in the house. Albert came out and was very helpful and informative. I contacted this company on Monday morning and Rosa was great on the phone very professional. She had great tone on the phone and reassured me she would contact me when the electrician was on his way. The electrician arrived by 1pm that afternoon and he was exceptional! I had an electrical emergency on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, and not only did they take my call, but the owner (Glenn) came out that day. He explained what happened, what he was going to do, and why he was going to do it, along with a reasonable quote. I ended up having all the outlets in my house replaced, and it was done quickly by Randy. He was: on time, friendly, really great about keeping me updated on progress, and kept his mask on the whole time (written during COVID outbreak) I have put the telephone number of Safe-Way Electric in my contacts for the next time I need any repairs or installations.

Chris from Safe-Way Electric was professional and knowledgeable, and he helped take care of all of my electrical issues for a reasonable price. Randy helped and was also professional and friendly.
